In Water

Watsu®

Watsu is a unique and powerful form of aquatic bodywork for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. The name comes from the words “water” and “shiatsu. During Watsu, a therapist gently moves your body while you are floating in the water. Being supported effortlessly in warm water creates the perfect environment for relaxation of the muscles, stretching all body and freeing of the spine.

Watsu is used to alleviate pain and tension, enhance physical movement and joint mobility, release stress and very good for sleep disorders, arthritis and fibromyalgia. Also during pregnancy helps to release the discomforts and lowerback pain.

Most of my clients described their Watsu experience as “like being in the mother’s womb”, “the best experience in their life” or “life changing experience”.
You should avoid Watsu if you have a vertigo, fever or uncontrolled epilepsy. Swimsuit is required.

Waterdance

Waterdance is a form of aquatic bodywork like Watsu, it begins on the surface. Then the receiver is given a nose clip and step by step is gently guided under the water. The session incorporates elements of massage, dolphin and snake movements, rolls, extensions, stretches, inversions and dance.

By the water-like freeing movements stretches the body in a weightless atmosphere naturally and work with the joints very softly in a most relaxing and a magical way. It improves sleep patterns and promotes profound relaxation, peace and joy.

Waterdance is deeply meditative and profound experience that draws on your body’s natural healing energies to bring more comfort, ease, freedom, vitality and balance to all aspects of your body and being. It enables you to loose the sense of time and space and makes you feel the endless ocean in yourself.

AquaReflexo

AquaReflexo is a new method of aquatic bodywork which consists in stimulating reflex points of all organs through Acupressure on the feet. The pressure points are less sensitive in water and the work on the body is deeper than on land. AquaReflexo improves blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses. The energetic system becomes balanced and calmness is promoted.

Aqua Sound Therapy

Tibet’s traditional sound healing is applied in the warm water with a special bowl which produced from an alloy of 16 different materials (in Thikse Tibetan Monastery in Ladakh-India).

Ai Chi

Ai Chi is an aquatic exercises which combines Tai-Chi concepts and Qi-Gong techniques. Ai Chi is performed standing in shoulder-depth level of water using a combination of deep breathing, slow and broad movements of the arms, legs and torso. Ai chi is ideal for creating improved range of motion, balance and mobility. Ai Chi has been successfully used with pain management, arthritis, fibromyalgia, MS, diabetes etc. and with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses. The viscosity of water helps to tone the muscles gently and gradually. In the water we feel only half our body weight and this helps to move our joints easily. Highly beneficial for people who have weak muscles or elderly people.

The movements are simple, meditative when performed repeatedly and co-ordinated with breath. Cultivating, harnessing, balancing the life-force energy, restores, helps maintain vitality and health. Ai Chi is a wonderfully soothing, calming way for day to day life.

Emotional Release Massage

This special massage technique is based on Chinese Medicine and quickly releases stored negative emotions (like anger, stress, anxiety, fear), tensions, sicknesses and bringing the comfort and relief to the abdomen. Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. When you are under hypnosis, you feel calm, relaxed and more open to suggestions, which helps create the desired change. Hypnosis help you gain control over undesired behaviours, improve unwanted characteristics like poor self-esteem, overcome addictions and to cope better with sleep disorders, anxiety or pain. Shortly your beliefs determine who you are and beliefs can be changed by hypnotic suggestions quickly and efficiently.

Hypnotherapy is structured in three parts. During the first part we will discuss what you want to change, achieve, overcome or what elements of your life experience are causing you discomfort. The second part is about creating personal suggestions for you according to your needs. In the final part we will do the hypnosis session, which we will record for your later usage.

EET (Emotional Empowerment Technique)

Emotional Empowerment Technique (EET) is based on the principles of Acupressure and Hypnosis. It is one of the most effective technique to deal with our emotions, heal past emotional pain and achieve emotional independence.

It’s a tapping procedure on the body’s energy system along with self-suggestions to address unresolved emotional issues, personal struggles, past traumas and current dilemmas.
EET quickly realigns the energy meridians, disconnects the physical discomfort and quite often removes the resulting symptoms and induces a partial hypnotic state that allows easier acceptance, healing on both Physical and Emotional level in less than an hour! If you want to learn this powerful technique it takes 90 minutes.

Private Meditation

Anapana is the first step in the practice of Vipassana meditation (Buddha’s teaching).

Anapana provides a tool to deal with the fears, anxieties and pressures across all age groups. Besides helping to calm and concentrate the mind, Anapana help people to understand themselves better and gives them an insight into the workings of their own minds. Because of its simplicity, the technique is easy to understand and practice. During this introduction there will be two short meditation sessions.
